Our prices are based on supported nodes. A node is a workstation (desktop or laptop computer), or a server. Our pricing model also includes labor hours, which can be remote or onsite. Remote labor is unlimited in every plan. Onsite labor is offered at a discounted rate with guaranteed response times. We believe in billing transparency with no hidden charges, so you always know what you’re paying for.
